It is one out of 25 vintage historical country-buildings located in the Pitigliano area, built by Marquises Ciacci, ancestors of the family, as a farmhouse in the site named “Pian di Morrano” at the beginning of the 20th century.

A new resort near Pitigliano, just on the way between the “città del tufo” (“the town lying on tufa”, as Pitigliano is named) and Farnese. Here there are also the “Selva di Lamone”- natural park and the source of Nova stream , where important remnants of Bronze Age installations were discovered.

In this glamorous environment made of tufa and pumice-stone, woods and hills, is located the Agriturismo Valle Cupa, whose name derives from the homonymous valley (in Pitigliano-dialect “cupa” means deep, hollow).

An old country-house precisely restored, located in the middle of a 352-hectares-lot cultivated with extra vergine olive-oil , where the renowned Pitigliano white wine is also produced as well as the D.O.C. red wine.

The building is made up of two apartments completely furnished, with totally 12 beds, a cosy and classy structure where guests can have use of 6 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), laundry-service, swimming pool, barbecue and a big saloon just suitable for meetings, parties or degustations of local products.
